1/2 a honeydew melon

1/2 apple
2 celery sticks
1/2 cup of blanched frozen

Avocado + Edamame dip
Avocados are not only delicious and easy but also high in healthy fats to support brain function and edamame beans are high in protein and provide natural support for hormone regulation.
Ingredients:
500g frozen shelled edamame thawed
4 ripe avocados
2 cloves garlic minced
Optional 1 jalapeño and ½ red onion
2 tablespoons water
½ cup chopped coriander
Salt + freshly ground black pepper
